It’s that wonderful time of year when we celebrate mothers. Mothers are those amazing women who birth, nurture and raise us. They can also be mother figures. Those selfless women who have answered God’s call to the sacrificial role of motherhood. Motherhood is a role of honor. But, it is also a role of service to God. God uses woman to bring humanity into the world. Scripture says of mothers, “You knit me together in my mother’s womb,” Psalms 139:13. What an awesome call to be in His Service!

A quote by Abraham Lincoln says – “All that I am or ever hope to be, I owe to my angel mother.”

In this month’s Podcast, we honor motherhood as a calling! We will discuss and answer questions pertaining to Christian mothers in their service to God. Colossians 3:23 reminds us that mothers in His service take to heart that” whatever you do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not to men.”

As we celebrate Mother’s Day this year, honor your mother or her legacy as the beloved woman whom God calls blessed and in His Service!
