Welcome 2026! As always, the new year provides an opportunity for a fresh new start! It’s a time for new hope. It’s a time for setting resolutions, goals, making personal improvements and embracing all the possibilities that a new year can bring. However, although we have a new year with our new plans, our God is immutable! For those who put their faith in Christ, we look forward to all that He has for us this year!

In this month’s podcast we discuss the immutability of God. Immutable means unchanging. It is an attribute of God that describes who He is. He is unchanging in His nature, character,

will, purposes and promises.

A quote by Charles H. Spurgeon says, “A changeable God would be a terror to the righteous, they would have no sure anchor, and amid a changing world they would be driven to and fro in perpetual fear of shipwreck.” “Our heart leaps for joy as we bow before One who has never broken His word or changed His purpose.”

Hebrews 13:8 says, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.” The fact that God is unchanging is a blessing to us all.
